Creating a personalised tool kit of coping strategies. These strategies aim to help with independent study, note taking, revision, academic writing etc.

ASD Mentoring

Focus on both personal and academic life, creating personalised toolkits to help with coping with full time study. The focus is on becoming more confident, independent and developing coping strategies to manage anxiety, stress, social situations etc.

Mental Health Mentoring

Helping by providing a safe, non-judgmental place to talk. Support highlights issues that are impacting studies and implementing coping strategies. Issues can range from stress during assessment periods to chronic illness like anxiety, depression, self harm etc.

Proofreading

• Basic – Highlight to show changes needed: spelling/grammar, rephrasing, sentence and paragraph structure.
• General – Includes colour coded highlight to differentiate the type of edits needed, and will also include brief comments.
• In Depth – Includes Basic and General feedback with detailed comments. It suggests possible changes in sentence and paragraph structure. There are questions to help you answer with more detail and context, and to improve academic writing.
